maybe you can find a dentist that will bill you instead of same day payment.

jsdwd1 is partially correct. If you get into an ER they do have to see you. They are not obligated to solve all the problems that are brought in by everybody who walks through the door. They will be required to treat your pain and make sure that you do not need emergency surgery. Also, there is a system of prioritizing who gets seen when. I've waited over 8 hours for a sports injury in a southern California hospital.
Before you do anything, you need to have a plan to see a dentist. The reason you need a plan is this. You can likely get in to see a doctor well before you can see an a dentist. The doctor will most likely want to treat any infection with antibiotics (if these cost you more than $25 then you should ask for a substitute), but would also like to relieve your pain with some type of strong pain reliever. Since these medications are controlled, he will want to know how many pills it will take to let you make it to your dentist appointment; he would not want to just give out pain pills indefinitely, since that is bad medicine for you (it never gets the tooth fixed) and for him (he could get sued). So first thing on Mondya, find a dentist, even if it's a 3 hour drive. Get an appointment; then get in to see your doctor. In the meantime, max out on over the counter products. You can take 2 Extra Strength Tylenol every 6 hours. In between you can take three 200mg ibuprofen tablets every 6 hours (so every 3 hours you're taking something) and you can use ice packs and oragel to keep things a little number. I guess you're in for a rough week. Hang in there.

I agree with chefzilla. There WILL be a dentist willing to see you and bill you if you call around. It helps to be a patient in the practice. Even if you have been a toothache-only patient who PAYS THE BILLS, it will go a long way towards getting consideration in a case like this.
You NEED an antibiotic, though. If you call and say that you have an infection and your neck is swollen, my office would assume that you would not be having the tooth out "today," so they'd be able to squeeze you in almost any time. It would be a cheap visit.

If it is infected then you must go to doctor/er for a prescription of antibiotics. Dentist would only give you antibiotic and then get you to come back to pull tooth or repair. So first off; get the infection cleared up.

Many cities have low income dental clinics. If not, go to the ER, they cannot turn you down and they will be able to fix you up, even if it means getting a dentist in there.
I've had to resort to this myself once. It worked. Good luck!
