This is not a sick question. This is something both me and my girlfriend were wondering and its not something that everyone knows, I don't want to go to some porn site with viruses to find out.
My girlfriend experiences it and I just wanted to assure her she is normal.

1)to achieve: positions that put pressure on the Gräffenberg spot. The G-spot is approx. two inches inside the vagina on the anterior (front) side. Good positions for this are man sitting with woman on top and her back to him,man lying with her on top and back to him, or man kneeling and entering her face to face supporting her weight with his hands under her buttocks----OR any other position in which you can get your penis (especially the glans) to rub against the G-spot for how ever long she takes.
2) I have been part of the process with several partners.
3) once you get the hang of it it can be fairly common. It doesn't happen every time.
4) How much comes out? Sorry, never used a measuring cup---but it's enough to make a mess!

Yes it could help if she drinks a lot of water or a few beers before.

the woman has to know her body and she will tell you how
i have had it and it is something to experience. one woman actually literally squirted in my eye.
