Usually when the season changes from summer to fall, then winter, I feel depressed. When the weather is rainy I feel lethargic and get a sinus headache. When it's spring or summer, I feel rejuvenated. It's warm, flowers are blooming. I feel more alive. I think this is called seasonal affective disorder ( I PROBABLY SPELLED IT WRONG). People just feel better in the sun and the warm
here. We have Daylight Savings Time until the end of Oct
and it starts back up in the spring. For years I've been trying to overcome this SAD disorder. Maybe this will be the year. Hope the info helps you.

Today my mood is upbeat even though it's gloomy out. But I love rain. So I think it's an individual thing how we interpret a weather pattern to a mood. Someone else might get depressed on rainy days. I do find that I'm more positive on sunny days though.

Its a very cool weather out here. So I m feeling lazy and want to sleep all day. Actaully I want to sleep in every kind of weather. :-) But on a rainy day I feel specially glum & depressed so I prefer a sunny day anyday. In my view the weather definitely sets up your mood for the day but if you have air conditioning then it does not matter what kind of weather you are facing.

The only weather condition that affects me is if there is poor air quality. If there is plenty of fresh air, I'm fine and love a rainy day. But if the air is poor or non-existant, rain or shine, I notice more pollution from car exhausts and this starts off my asthma.

I think you can tell a storm is coming because of the electricity or tension in the air.

It's been warm, bright, and sunny ever since I got over my depression. I see clouds all around me, but somehow, the sun follows me everywhere I go.
