But so many women want the "bad boy" that breeding them out of existence will never happen.
Even yourself. Right now, would you honestly go for the nerd that would provide for you the rest of your life or the fun and flirty guy that may be a short term relation. From your question itsself, it looks like you mostly choose the latter.
Same the other way around. Do you think guys want Pamela Anderson, Paris Hilton, or one of these pop singer girls for their minds?? We could get rid of ignorance in a generation.

Its hard for a nice guy like me to meet a girl that doesn't use pepper spray on me. Restraining orders are just a way to say I love you!

As for extreme cases: Some men have double Y chromosome. The amount of hormones production influenced by those chromosome makes them twice more susceptible to commit crimes. Lets say that nature occupied us men in biological weaponry of "brutal hormones". We are more fighter kinds than women. If a man have more gift in violence than in wisdom then unfortunately you have your wright in complains. I am happy I am not that kind.
