Ayurveda focusses on maintaining a harmonious balance of Vata, Pitta, and Kapha - the three 'Doshas' or the three vital forces found in every individual. Methods of treatment vary from patient to patient and are determined by a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner after he studies each patient as a whole, evaluating both body and mind. He recommends codes for healthy living too and helps you pass through your years in a robust, zestful physical condition.

Ayurvedic treatment:
is realy good, no side-effect, but you have to do it from a leading ayurvedic medical team/company/hospital, etc. which is doing for long (years) and their treatment is accepted by all.

I found "Kottakal" Aurvedic medicine as well as treatment is good.
