yes anyone can learn them but it helps if you have a natural gift for these sort of things. Learn there origin and history that will help you to understand them better and gut instincts are as good as instructions sometimes but be careful these are not toys to play with and you can seriously effect peoples lives if you don't respect them.

I learn the tarot seven years ago, it is not hard.

Terry Donaldson's book Step by Step Tarot is very good.
I set aside half an hour a day to study. It is tempting to spend a lot of time with the cards at first, but I always but mine away when my half an hour was up to give me time to do other things.

I bought a folder and A4 pad to record any thoughts I had about what I had learnt. I also did all the exercises in the book, you soon pick it up. Do an individual card each day or just when you have time, but I found the disciplned approach better.

I studied at the same time each day. i called it my tarot time.
Just go at a pace your happy with, There's no rush. I hope you enjoy your cards as I did.

Personally I think that it has nothing to do with "easy or not", but with your logic, patience, and enthusiasm. If I have to say it, I will say that it is not difficult.

Don't know which deck have you got? If your deck is the Rider-Waite Tarot or a deck based on it, then try these free one-line tarot lessons: http://www.learntarot.com/

The Rider-Waite Tarot is highly recommended for tarot beginners. Of course, if you think it's plain or boring, you can find many other decks based on it.

yea you can but books with all the meaning's in or how to interperate the pictures but once you get the hang and the feel it's easy. but you have to keep your cards near you all the time and not let anyone else touch them.
