I love the h**l out of johnasks answer but you might die.
Running and calorie counting is great.
If you're brave there's a pill you can purchase online called Phetermine, I believe, and it's basically legalized speed.
Woman I know told me about it, she lost mega pounds but was always hyped up. I took a couple she gave me and trust me it really does suppress your apetite while giving you a boost of energy.
I only took it once.... to scarry for me to try again.
