I took your advice and also did research for the question. Hearns KO'ed Welter wts, Middle wts, Super Middle wts, Light Hwy wts and Cruiser wts. I go with Hearns hands down.

interesting question: hearns had freakish power for a man his size and could starch you with one hand(ask roberto duran). but i don't think he could knockout anyone! tyson, too, had freakish power for a man his size, but i've rarely seen a fighter who knew how to maximize his power and put all his weight behind a punch and also be able to deliver that punch w/such awesome ferocity and pinpoint accuracy and lightning speed as michael gerard tyson - ask almost anyone who fought him in the early days! i'd have to give it to him. there's never been a fighter quit like mike - there's almost no one he wouldn't . had he fuly matured as a fighter and a man, there's no telling how far he would have gone in the annals of heavyweight history or how long he would have stayed on top! tyson, hands down!

Hearns, can't get the Duran fight out of my head. Duran had an iron chin and I thought when Hearns cracked him with that straight right hand, he had broken Duran's neck. Now mind you Duran had an iron chin and Hearns starched him in the 2nd round of that fight and it wasn't a TKO it was a KO!(If you have a chance to see that fight Duran was out cold before he hit the canvas!)

Tommy hearns he was stik thin and could knock men sensless with his power punching but tyson was so fast for the size he was wich made him very strong and powerful
