u gotta believe something-for me it was to believe the Jewish prophets and Moses

Moses said "Without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness (Kippur/atonement) for sins." Leviticus 17vs11

Isaiah said "He will be exaulted, but first marred more than any man. He will be despised and rejected, and lay down his life as an atonement for sins. All we like sheep have gone astray, and the Lord will make to light on him the iniquities of us all. He will die with the wicked and be burried with the rich. He will see his spiritual seed and prosper."
Why not believe Moses and Isaiah and come to faith in Messiah Jesus-i prayed and recieved Him as he asks us to do- Messiah im sorry for my sins, come into my heart, help me and be my friend.
spoke from heaven and recorded in Scriptures "Behold I love you unconditionally, and I knock on your heart to come in and deliver from sin, to become your friend." Revelation 1vs1& 3vs19&20

As a Jew i have come to know Messiah Jesus-doU?

Animal sacrifice was never the primary, or even the most important, means of atonement. Repentance (tshuvah) has always been central to Judaism - it is not a Christian invention. The idea that another person can vicariously atone for you, though, there is something uniquely Christian in that. According to Torah, while we are responsible for one another, we are also responsible for our own deeds, and ultimately accountable to G-d. Human sacrifice, of course, is explicitly forbidden. And someone else cannot do your repentance for you. Expecting to be forgiven through someone else's work is like asking someone to diet for you, and expecting to lose weight!

I highly recommend bringing your questions to the people at http://www.jewsforjudaism.org or http://www.messiahtruth.com .

Certainly one must serve G-d with all their heart. But it is not as simple as following your heart. Is it not written "follow not after thy heart and thine eyes, by which thou goest astray"? Just because something sounds good and FEELS good doesn't make it right. I hardly think that the good L-rd who endowed man with the capacity for rational thought should then demand he forgo its use. Unless using your brain is now classified as a sin.

When seeking G-d, of course you should use your heart. But don't leave your brain out of the process! Check out those websites and study the issue seriously. Otherwise you may be doing yourself a grave disservice.

God has allowed the veil to be lifted from your eyes. You are now apart of the grooms party

In past times, when a Jewish man wanted to marry a woman, he went to her father and offered a dowry or gift. If the father accepted, the man went away to prepare a place for them. When he was finished, he returned and called his groomsmen together in the middle of the night to celebrate. He returned with his groomsman and lifted the veil from her eyes, and took her away so they could be together.

Jesus offered a price. His life. God accepted. He is away now preparing a place and will return to call up his groomsman to celebrate (rapture) when he is finished. He will return to claim his bride and lift the veil from the Jews eyes and they will see that he is the Messiah.

I pray for the Jewish people to get to know the Messiah everyday. Thank God that more and more Jews are becoming Messianic Jews.

If switching religions has made you happy, then go for it, I guess. I am happy that you are happy.

I, myself was miserable as a Christian. I had to give it up and now life couldn't be more grand.

I doubt any Christians will be happy for me though. That's just not their style.

you're taking it to God and desire and he has mercy on you and shop you...it rather is written Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is loss of life; however the present of God is eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord. Ephesians 2:8 For by potential of grace are ye stored by faith; and that not of yourselves: it rather is the present of God: Ephesians 2:9 not of works, lest any guy would desire to boast. John 6:40 4 No guy can come to me, different than the daddy which hath sent me draw him: and that i will advance him up on the final day. Psalms 27:14 Wait on the LORD: be of sturdy braveness, and he shall advance thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD. faith, salvation, perception, works...are all presents. we prefer forgiveness and mercy and for God to grant the present of a clean heart/spirit. we can not do something to shop ourselves. we can not "settle for" or "decide for" or "fairly have self assurance" Jesus. we can basically wait on the Lord and desire God makes us "stored". it rather is written: Luke 18:9 And he spake this parable unto specific which relied on in themselves that they've been righteous, and despised others: Luke 18:10 2 adult men went up into the temple to desire; the only a Pharisee, and the different a publican. Luke 18:11 The Pharisee stood and prayed for this reason with himself, God, I thank thee, that i'm not as different adult men are, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or whilst this publican. Luke 18:12 I speedy two times interior the week, I supply tithes of all that I very own. Luke 18:13 And the publican, status afar off, would not raise up lots as his eyes unto heaven, yet smote upon his breast, asserting, God be merciful to me a sinner. Luke 18:14 I enable you realize, this guy went all the way down to his homestead justified extremely than the different: for one and all which exalteth himself would be abased; and he that humbleth himself would be exalted. Time is rather short. Judgment Day is would 21st, 2011. Pray now for mercy and salvation and forgiveness collectively as there continues to be time. examine, examine, examine the Bible: Romans 10:17 So then faith cometh by potential of listening to, and listening to by potential of the recognize God

I guess if you feel the need to believe something from any book of fairy tales, the Bible is just as good as the Torah. Please, be sure to let us know when you graduate to advanced theology, like Cat in the Hat, or Snow White.
