does the 1 litre of skimmed milk contain the same quantity and quality of calcium present in the 1 litre of unskimmed milk??? pls give me a proper answer...thank uuu

the difference in skimmed milk and regular milk is that in skimmes milk 99% if the fat is removed but still contains all the nutrients of the regular milk without the fat,the fat removed from the milk is used to make butter,hope this helps you.

The only difference between skimmed and regular milk is that skimmed has had the fat removed, other than that they have the same nutritional value, calcium, protein, vitamin A, B1 and B2, vitamin D.

Yes, and the same amount of vitamin D as well. The only difference between whole, skim, 1% and 2% milk is the fat content.

Skimmed milk has only the fat content removed. This does not alter the calcium in the milk.
