Well basically, two days ago I woke up and my penis was not crusty but hard (not erect). I am circumzied and the skin around the tip was very stiff and the tip itself had dried, white skin all over it. I had a bath and I found the problem righted itself, but within four hours the problem re-emerged.

The problem happened again but this time the skin, in my bathtub was easily peeled off.
I'm worried as I am young and I have never had sex so I know its not an STD.

Please Help.

P.S:
Please don't post stupid answers like: "Eeew" and "You are wierd"

Honestly is could be one of many different conditions. Something as simple as a reaction to new laundry soap or softener or it could be nothing. None that you should be embarrassed about. Talk to the parent you are most comfortable with about your concerns.. If you are not comfortable with that most communities have free clinics. I know it can be difficult to talk with parents no matter how good a relationship you have.
Anyway don't let it go to long as the worry and anxiety might get overwhelming. Sometimes a Pharmacist can make a suggestion for over the counter topical ointments.

Best wishes.

Let's start by hypothesizing fungal infection. Like feet, the male genital is kept in a moist, dark area (the underwear). The bathing helped wash the fungus off, but you could follow that up with swabbing with rubbing alcohol (it will sting) or with dry talcum powder, athlete's foot powder, or cream.

Also try, during the day when you can, to allow it to be exposed to air, instead of clothing it. And shift from jockey shorts to briefs. Shift to something else to wear at night, rather than sleeping in your underwear.

just because you have an infection on your penis does not mean it is a sexualy trasmitted disease a penis is covered in skin right so it can be a normal skin infection though there is an infection called BALANITIS and even normal skin infections can be transitted by sexuel activity (including oral sex)
sorry to cut and paste this info but....
Candidal balanitis most frequently follows intercourse with an infected sexual partner. However, infection may occur without sexual contact, usually in diabetic patients or patients taking oral antibiotics. The pathogenicity of the yeast depends on the host factors. There is no significant difference between carriage rate in circumcised and uncircumcised male although the chance of symptomatic infection is higher in the uncircumcised men.......

should clear up with antibiotics, you will need to see a doctor before you continue your sex life best of luck hope this helps

Sounds like exactly what you describe. Dry skin. As long as you are not experiencing any circulatory problems or pain with this, I'd just use a little vaseline or lotion to moisturize and go on with my life. Watch it for a couple of days, and if it changes for the worse, deff. go see the doc. for diagnosis and treatment.
