Depends on the group and the particular festival--given the time of year, I'd guess it's a Samhain festival, yes?
Honestly, a lot of aspects of pagan festivals, especially when they coincide with an "accepted" holiday, aren't too different from what you'd see anyone else doing. A Samhain festival will probably include plenty of fall/harvest themed stuff, a form of thanksgiving to the earth/spirits thereof for feeding us throughout the year, and depending on the particular group or tradition, honoring the dead. I'd also imagine you'll get dancing, drinking, and good food!

Every Christian festival and holiday stems from pagan roots. Are we really so stupid to think that the Easter bunny is from the bible? And the Christmas tree? And if Christ was crucified and rose from the dead, why is the date different every year? Easter coincides with lunar cycles, and originates from a pagan festival.

Depend on what is your basis of calling them pagans. As far as I know, they put God unto something else and not upon themselves.
