I eat a "snack" like lunch and I rarely ever have dinner unless forced to go out with parents. Who else does this?

That is SSSOOOOO unhealthy. You need to understand that eating is not a luxury. It is a biologic function that is necessary to give your body good quality nutrients it needs to function at the highest possible level, build muscle, repair tissue, and fight disease. Your body needs to be doing that ALL day, not just in the morning. You don't have to eat big meals...small healthy meals throughout the day are great, as long as the food you are putting in your body are good for you...not junk. If you have some idea that this will cause you to gain weight, actually the reverse is true. Starvation diets alter your metabolism and your body holds on to fat MORE. If you are eating raw veggies, fruit, good quality proteins, you won't gain weight, other than MAYBE a little muscle.

That's not very healthy. Do you realize how many hours there are between lunch and the next day's breakfast. Eat dinner too to keep your metabolism going.

Lots of people think this will hwlp them lose weight but in the end your body is going to hang onto everything u put into it and youll end up bloating. Look at some recommended dietry guidlines and see what u should be getting everyday.

This is a habit otherwise not good for health. Remaining empty stomach all the day is risky.
