Definitely the Philippines.
You can wear shorts every day of the year, live well on 20usd a day, never see all the islands and sights (in 14 years, I haven't seen half the country), San Miguel is 35 cents in the shops, the girls are beautiful, English is widely spoken, treat the filipinos politely and you are never going to have a problem.

It depends on your personal preferences, and what you think is important in life. I think the sea, fishing, and diving are important as well as being surrounded by pleasant people in sunny weather. The Philippines is a great place for that, and that's where I live.
I also have lived in 6 different countries, all for more than a year each - so I have a good basis for comparison and have a good feeling for what is important to me.
I guess there is no one best place for everyone, to each his own.

if u want a city which is the most richest than go for n.y.c , yes new york city , which is about 2.42 times richer than london, if u don't believe me then check out

note down the population of both the cities , bcoz both r the capitals of most expensive countries, & also note down the money mad by both states & then divide it , it will come around
