Your contention is false. The immigration law is not unjust , and yes I did answer your other question. Foreigners have no say in American Law, and no standing to demand that those laws be changed. If we allow the world to demand change of our laws the United States will cease to exist as a nation. First immigration laws, next would be demands that we change our military policy, and give up our right to defend ourselves in general. You need to understand sovereignty. It gives every country the right to determine governance within their own borders, and is not subject to outside interpretation. Illegal immigrants or foreign nationals have no right to demand anything other than fair treatment by the United States. Fair treatment does not extend to a guaranteed right to immigrate. If American citizens determine that the laws are unjust they have the right to lobby for change. This is not the case because you are part of a very small minority of thinking which is willing to appease lawbreakers.

Assuming the country is a sovereign nation, it has the right to make its own laws relating to immigration and citizenship. I would guess that a non citizen would have difficulty with a legal challenge to the substance of an immigration law or policy. He would lack standing for one thing. There might be something that can be done if procedures are not being followed. If you have a real problem with an immigration issue, you should ask a lawyer.

Our immigration laws were created to Ensure legal immigration, every single year, 220,000 new immigrants, every year. They are just, fair and were created for a very specific purpose. The problem with all those who feel US immigration laws are unjust, have no clue what the laws are and "why" they were created. Those who "want to change the system from the outside, actually don't want to change the system/laws, because they don't CARE about the laws. They're only concern is staying/not getting deported. Which is absurd, because every illegal KNOWS from ILLEGAL DAY 1, being deported is completely possible. For Most illegals, their first order of business, in the US, is having a child.
US immigration law is easy to figure out. Some people WANT to, others don't care to. That is were "unjust" should come into play. US citizens have for too long, feared being called/labeled "racist". More and more, US citizens are coming to the realization that this is untrue. Yes, "racism", like many other "isms" exist in the US, but we and WE alone are working, learning and caring to make things better.
One US citizen, calling another US citizen "racist" is one thing. But for an illegal immigrant to call a US citizen "racist", over legal/illegal status, get the "F" out. US citizens are more diverse, Created more=have more stereotypes, are more aware of how they divide US and do far more to educate ourselves in order to NOT allow them to divide US, than ANY OTHER.
NOW.
If "YOU, as an Outsider" want to be in the USA AND Separate yourself into a group, poke and pick on US citizens who are trying to overcome OUR differences. "YOU" might very well, experience how bad it can be. US citizens harbor much guilt for stereotypes that exist IN the U.S. If "YOU" wish to create a new "outsider stereotype", it'll be very easy for US to recognize it, but WE might not feel so bad about it.
In the past, outsiders criticized the US, from outside the US. We accept and take this criticism to heart.
Today, more and more outsiders criticize the US, from within the US. We won't except this, in fact WE take serious offense to it.
"Illegals/Outsiders" have the opportunity and are free to leave. WE pray that they do. After We've voiced Our concerns, US citizens first give "outside parties" the benefit of the doubt, WE believe "people" will respect and take measures to do the right thing. When they don't, US citizens have proven in the past, we will take measures, often painful, to make things right.
In the USA, Citizens will be left, feeling bad. Think about where "you" will be left?... Feeling???
US Citizens want to be equal/fair, have the ability to be equal/fair and will exhaust every last degree of equal/fair.
*Warning, once we have gone past the last degree of equal/fair and enter the unequal/unfair degrees, WE don't usually follow the same "peaceful" path back. The reason, We are capable of "equal/fair" is because, We are also capable of being "Unfair/Unequal". When diplopatic negotiations end, lacking resolve/compromise, We consider "you" in a gray area. Since there are no Gray people, only Gray areas, historically any people in gray areas, trying to make change, don't "fair" well...
Thanks. Stay involved.

Firstly why do you want your government to let everyone in? You assume that the US government has a duty to let everyone who wants to enter in then the US government is no longer a government but rather an overbloated immigration agency.
The answer to your question is: people who want to change the system from the outside cannot do so, because they are not part of the system to begin with. The only option for these people is forcible coercive change (for the common mind this means INVASION).

I agree with you that many people from other countries should have the opportunity to immigrate. However, it should be a fair system with emphasis of the talents or skills they bring with them. The illegals that entered the country brought nothing other than manual labor...we don't need that if Americans are willing to get off their butts and work...just plain work instead of kicking back and letting their old woman bring home a check or food stamps. Everyone ascribes to the notion that they shoud have a $25.00/hr job and many can't write their own names....sorry but immigrants should be educated and have some useful ability.

Ignoring you idiotic premise for a moment, it is not the job of people from outside to change the system. They stay the hell out until I feel like changing it from within.

Systems have to be changed from within, not from with out
People outside the system have no say, only after they have met the requirements to become part of it do they have a right to contest it!

There is no 'right' to come here. We pay subsidies to poor people for education, health care, etc. because we feel a responsibility to OUR OWN. We can't take on the poor of the world, and do not feel a responsibilty to do so. In fact our feeling of responsibility to our OWN children, sick and poor makes us more opposed to mass immigration of poor people, as that mass immigration degrades services for OUR OWN.
If you want this answer somewhere else, you are welcome to cut and paste it.

You are answering your own question. Our systems are overloaded as it is. We turn people away, because we already have so many in line. It's evident in all aspects of governmnet
Everything takes forever because there is just to much to get to.
