When I stay home saturday night , I watch T.V , search the internet or play online games till dawn. But every now and then I walk to the front porch and smoke a cigarette . Ok while I've been there I´ve seen this girl drive in front of my house glimpsing at me.I can see the couriosity on her. One time I went out in my boxer shorts and she drove by then turned around and went past by again. I´m pretty sure she´s not from the neihgborhood , and this is happening at 2,3,4 am. One time I got a good look at her cause I was outside and she looked ok. She´d seen me stare at her stunt to figure her out so now she drives by with her darkened windshield up.But I can still see her siluoette . Ok . How can I make her stop her car ? I would like to know who she is ? I don´t want to confront her, just, you know talk.

there could be so many reasons whay she's driving by. doesn't live in your area? perhaps she's been watching someone's kids. perhaps leaving her boyfriend's house.
now, she's been watching you stare at her enough it's made her nervous. you cannot "talk" to her without "confronting" her.
i mean think about it. you're driving away from a friend's place (you're there pretty regular) and you start noticing this weirdo lurking around outside in his underwear---staring at you every time you pass by. is that someone you want approaching you?

Wow, lucky!! (lol) you sound a bit excited about this, it is possible she might be looking for someone who used to occupy your home, depending on how long ago you've been at the home. The other thing is one of your neighbors might be the one she is looking for, or if she is looking for children, or if you've been talking to someone on line, like a dating site, it could be a number of things, it could be she is looking for someone with the same name you have and looked up your name, then the address came up with it together, you'd be surprised how public your record is, I know of this source and I was scared when I looked myself up and other family members and friends, the website had my current home address, and a lot of information I never imagined people would be able to see, because it's private. It could be a number of things, if you've been dating on line, you need to be very careful, don't date a person who lurks around, it's dangerous, don't get together with stalkers, bad sign & bad news, (even if she wasn't looking for anyone else, but you) it is very innapropriate for her to do that. Do stop her and confront her, find out what she is doing there at those hours of the night, you have a right to know, since she is doing it outside your property. But I wouldn't date her if I were you. (I've dated stalkers, and it's a real nightmare)

I wish answer to your question was a easy one !!!
But look 2,3,4 am are not socializing hours, if it is possible for you to follow her in your car and check out where she lives and then from then on, you can approach her in a civilized way.

Might want to find out if shes into hard core land of no return bondage and S&M before you stop that car though.

Could be she is stalking her ex who lives down the block from you! She is looking at you because you are standing there in your under ware! She rolled up her window because she does not want you to talk to her.

walk in front of her car and put your thumb out like you need a ride or write a sign saying stop please talk to me innocent conversation only promise and maybe she will stop and talk with you.
