You look up the sheriff office in the county the person is in and it should have the links to that there.

Go 2 the Dept of correction web page for the state the inmate is in. You only need the persons' first and last name. If he/she is currently incarcerated, you'll find the jail they're in--and old & new charges. The only photo you may find is their mugshot. If you want a pic you'll have 2 write the inmate for one.

Call the police station and ask them if they have a John Q Jailbird in custody.(or who ever it is)
