you are absolutely right. there are no miracles. schizophrenics, and people with an idea to cheat others propagate that they do miracles. any person who embraced rationalism and has scientific temper would not believe in miracles.

Good Question.

My friend. Miracles ended. period.

Prophecy is not miracles, they are promises.

people see Divine "happenings", yes. These are not miracles, they are "answered prayers".

When was the last time you saw a Christian go to a cemetery and raise a body from the grave?

When was the last time you saw a Christian take someones ear that was cut off and slap it on there head and it stick, and work?

Don't confuse "answered prayers", and prophecy, with miracles.

Ok? Lets say there is miracles....WHO is going to do this miracle? Thank You. There not.

Jesus Christ did miracles and passed this power to the apostles. The apostles passed this power too NOBODY.

There is no scientific documented proof of miracles. Random chance events occur all the time, but to quantify them as miracles is preposterous. Belief in miracles are for those who cannot comprehend the laws of nature. The supernatural is created in our imaginations. So yes, logic dictates that humanity would be better served if we abandoned this irrational behavior.

Those are all stories. Miracles never happened in the past nor will it happen in future. Yes, extraordinary unexpected things did happen and can happen in future, but those cannot be called miracles.

It is a stupidity to say that when there is an earthquake, mosques survive. In recent earthquake in Kashmir, many houses which were built properly, did survive and hundreds of mosques perished. The same is true for churches and other worship places of all the religions.

I have!!!!! it's a miracle that we're alive! gosh you seem like the "show me a sign" type. don't you realize that the signs are surrounding you!? you think we were all placed here just by chance??!! that's not right, dude, that's NOT right. We are here for a purpose. A Specific time for me was the time we drove to my aunt's house and we were running out of gas. so we prayed and i'm not kidding we make it, and when we came back out to the car it was nearly a quarter of the way full. sweeeet, huh? i'm not kidding it was so cool! The Book of Mormon is a miracle. life is a miracle. you seem so blinded. open your eyes man and look around you! gosh!

Yes, I have, actaully, quite a few.

to me saying "Wouldn't it be better if we all stopped beliving in miracles" is like saying "wouldn't it be better if we all stopped beliving in microevolution"

both Microevolution, and "Miracles" are part of life, and do exist.

the fact that not everyone understands or recognizes it, doesn't change the fact of their existance.

no, it wouldnt be better if we all stopped believing in miracles. you have to believe in miracles for them to work properly. miracles happen everyday, you just dont get to see it happening. my grandmother has had a lot of miracles, being really close to death many times - not only does she have diabetes, she'd had strokes, heart attacks, she's bn attacked physically by an armed man with a gun- he took her bag with her wallet and bashed her to the ground, and many other illnesses which i cant name.
