you could write a software in XP, yet when this methodology is meant to run in Win 7 or Win 8, you could't try it in XP, you'll want a Win 7 or Win 8 device to attempt this methodology. and also you'll guess all of your funds that in case you do not try this methodology earlier you deliver it out, your first consumer will stumble on a large mission.
