check your firewall or any popup blocker.. im not sure if that site is active x may have to turn that on also. when you download it also make a file and save it to that file and see if youre even getting the whole file. good luck. you need quicktime to run it also. may need to download that ..

maybe you have a later version installed on your system; try shut off the fire wall and try again; check for an admin lock
