me and my gf broke up about a yr ago. she moved back to her home town. now she has been calling, just chatting nothing in particular. then she told me the other day she wants to come down for a visit its 4 1/2 hr drive. i asked a girl that is my friend" what is she up to? " she said she probably just wants to be friends.
i think she wants something........rt? otherwise we can visit on the phone. i am afraid she wants back together. am i just being a guy and reading my ex wrong?

How long were you two dating? How was at fault and why? Maybe she just misses you a little and wants to keep you in her life. Then again, maybe she is looking to keep you as a "F**k Buddy". There could be several reasons behind her wanting to come and visit you. Be up front and honest with her the next time she calls.

Yep, she wants you back. Make no mistake about it. Don't do it. Just call her on the phone. If she really wants to see you MAKE HER drive to come see you. Take control otherwise ur gonna get burned.

if you r sure tht you DO NOTwant anymore relation with her,then dont go for a meeting.May be your assumption is right.You can tell her very friendly tht we can continue to be (just)friends.And cover up the idea of meeting and something happening

well if she hasn't reminisced about your past relationship or flirted with you at all i wouldn't worry about it too much. she may just miss you as a person/friend.
BUT if she has jokingly mentioned little things here or there she probably wants to see if there's anything "still there"
