A couple of weeks ago I fell and pulled a muscle in my left leg. I have type 2 Diabetes and so I am aware that because of that injuries and illnesses take a longer time to recuperate from My Diabetes is under control. But this is just a pulled muscle. So I am baffled as to why this is taking longer than normal. Can somebody give me a clue?

I did see my doctor, but it was for something else. I did mention it, but he just did a quick perusal of it and didn't say anything else. Not even how to treat it. I go in tomorrow for an Nurses appt. I'll make sure to remember to ask about it.

You didn't mention whether you visited a Doctor or not. You may need an ultra sound or xray of the damaged area.
