i have kept my hamburger helper meal in the fridge overnight and eaten it the next day. usually it is so good that it doesn't go any longer. i imagine it would freeze pretty well too! Btw, my favorite flavors are Cheesy Enchilada, Taco and the Lasagna one is really good too!
