I like Asian women (my reasons are personal,) and I would like to meet a nice one. I'm wondering if anyone can suggest places many of them would "hang out" so my chances would be better (libraries, that sort of thing?) Please don't say bars, my type of women don't go in bars.

A place where you often enjoy go to. Approach them if you see them. You can talk to any asian woman if you want to. You can meet them at book store, coffee shop, greenlake, church, party, or even street, or store, there is no definite place to meet them. They are everywhere.

I also like Asian women as well but its not for personal reasons its because a cousin of mine who passed away due to cancer last year married an Asian woman a long time ago
All i can suggest is go into one of the phillipines or asian chat rooms and post a message saying yr looking for an asian partner or better still join a free dating site i suggest this one

oh darn, i'm a nice, well mannered, japanese woman.,. but darn, i'm also a bartender and all i do is hang around in bars. try the asian market.. i hear a lot go there. or an asian restaurant.. i hear a lot work there.
