Depends on what country you are from?
If you are from Singapore, it's only 80km wide and ~80km in height. The chances you have there is definitely going to be better than the chances you have in America, China or Australia.
It also depends if she's going to be around or she's leaving for somewhere to study or work. Best you can do is make full use of Friendster or reach out to her before its too late.
