Where are you from? Come over to America. Doctors make a ton of money here. I dated a Doctor from Pakistain before and he made almost nothing over there but made about 20 times what he made there here. Money will bring you women, sex, and well, friends too. Come to America. Where are you from?

No! Things always change eventually and you will be glad to be alive. So, just hang in there until things change. Think of it this way we all die eventually so you don't need to do it yourself it will happen when it is suppose to happen. Ph.D means nothing if you don't know yourself. Maybe you are too book smart and have not had enough personal experiences as an education yet. Go out there, travel, do things that you are afraid of, whatever, and get some experiences. You may learn a lot about yourself that you really like.

No, no one has the right to choose the time they die, it just happens. Everyone of us is capable of making ourselves happy, and create a life that we want and enjoy. Look in a local recreation book and try some thing you have never tried before. Examples : pottery, yoga, music... never stop learning and meeting new people... especially people in your town so you can gain friends and relationships...You have a Ph.D, im assuming your smart, you will know what is right for you... I dont mean in any way to tell you what you should do but...after reading your question, you have had a large effect on my life, after this moment you will always be in my thoughts ( Did i send this soon enough? did i have an affect on this persons life?? Should i of sent this in the frist place?) ... Even though i dont know you, i can empathize in your situation....Never give up.....Ever..please...there is happieness out there, i promise.

Email me if you wish ...( I hope you do )

Maybe you should try going out once in awhile to meet new people. Just having a degree doesn't make you who you are as there is more that makes you who you are, then just a degree. I'm sure you have a lot of other interests that you could be doing like sports, reading books, doing puzzle challenges and many other things. Maybe you are pushing people away and that is why you are not meeting anyone, try and be more friendly and a lot more open instead of being closed off to people, you may find things will start going your way then.

No, don't think like this, you can't give up this easily, if you are feeling so low today then things can only start to get better for you, this is just a minor glitch in your life time, everyone has them we all get times when we feel like giving up, but you have so much to live for, you are highly educated why don't you look into working abroad, start a whole new life with your education you have so much to give. Get out there register with job agencies, see what's on offer, even take on another type of job just untill you find the right job you are looking for, don't give up and good luck.

I don't think there's a reason to finish your life. You can't decide when to finish it because it does not belong to you anyway.
I'm glad you're not satisfied with your life. That means you're thinking about life deeply and not just living it like the rest of people.
You would never satisfy your soul if you had money, love, friends, etc. You need something more powerful than that. If you're interested in what that is, send me a message. :)

Yes, you should definatley go on with your life. First of all, it would be awfully selfish of you to commit suicide. What about your family, it would bring great sorrow over their hearts, don't you think? Second, you can start over.

For example:
1. Get a job
2. Go somewhere and put in some effort to be friendly and make some good friends.
3. Friends lead to romance, and romance leads to sex.

The job will get you money. Buddy, I know you can do this. It just takes some time and effort. Don't waste such a precious gift. You won't regret it.

:) Please take my advice,

Trust me, we all feel worthless and meaningless time to time or for a long time - just do regular chores - get up in the morning, try to find a job, make some money, everything will be fine - remember u need just one thing, patience - just hang in there friend, we all r with u even if u cant see us...:)

They do say that for women to be guaranteed single for the rest of her life, is to get a PhD. But that's a sexist saying. You should be proud of all you have accomplishment! Try talking to single men in the same area that you are in or try talking to single educated men. Get your friends to help you out and see if they know people. Good luck!

U have to ask yourself, why? Maybe something is wrong somewhere which is the cause of everything that been happening to you right now. I think you need profesional's help. Go for caunselling, get help, improve yourself and you will see that death is not the only choice for you right now. Who knows what you are going to get after life? Maybe worst. Be strong.

It may seem like you have nothing to live for, but trust me, you have EVERYTHING TO LIVE FOR. Seriously, you're life sucks right now but it won't forever. But you can't depend on some cosmic thing that's going to change it all for you. Only you can change you're life around. God is the answer for your unhappiness. Once you turn your life over to Him, He'll will let you experience true and eternal happiness, I promise!
