If your serious Id tell her now jeeze be open and honest. Actually you should have told her you were seeing/sleeping with her best friend to start with and then she could have kicked you out at the start of all of it instead of waiting till you make her out for a fool. Jeeze act like a MAN ok?

First of all, who is "HER"?
Sounds to me, like you probably don't really care how she feels anyway, to disrespect her by sleeping with her best friend. Not to mention how her best friend is treating her, but it's really all about you, isn't it? This all depends on what outcome you really are hoping for, isn't it?
The best time to tell her that you got her best friend pregnant is right after you break up with her.
Maybe next time, you'll keep it in your pants.

NEVER really as she aint gonna like it but just depends whether she will forgive you. Best tell her straight away and face the consquences as you done the deed so you need to take it on the chin (propably a kick in the groin region from her would bring you to your senses). Once the trust is broken its hard to repair that damage. BEST OF LUCK!

don't worry about it at all. the truth always comes out between best friends I assure you my best friend knows things about me that I have a feeling I will be forced to stay her best friend for eternity just so that nobody but her and I know the truth. So either she knows and she will put raw shrimp in the lining of your curtains so your room will have a "funny smell" or she is about to know so I would not invite her over and I would make sure both your life and health insurances are paid and up to date. good luck.

Well, a great deal depends upon what your relationship with "her" is.
I mean, if she's just a "friend" of the impregnated one, then what's the big deal? And, besides, in THIS case, the impregnated one can pass the news.
If she's supposed to be your significant other...well, bub, you screwed the pooch. In THIS case, there's no "best time". And, telling her is just the beginning of your troubles.
