Yes a Manglik girl and non-manglik boy can marry and lead a happy and normal married life, I have seen many cases where one manglik and other non-manglik have been living a happy married life for many years. Being a manglik alone does not become a deciding factor for bad married life. If there are combinations for bad marriage in the horoscope a manglik inspite of marrying a manglik will suffer and if the combinations for marriage are good, one usually finds a best match and the marriage turns out to be very good irrespective of one marrying a manglik or not.

That depends upon the intesity of Manglik Dosh. If dosh is low or medium or is upto some age (normally upto27 yrs) then there is no harm in marriage
But if the dosha is strongest one, and is not affected by age, then it turns to ill health/death of spouse or divorce/separation
it is thus adviseable to consult good astrologer, if there is Manglik dosh in kundali

it depends on several factors 'Gravity ot it individually &collectively to be seen,besides 7th 8th .
Marriage ,leading n.life , happy life r tobe seen w.r. t. other positions including 7th, 8th .
