there is this girl in office who has jus joined in last week and I like her. I have jus spoken to her a couple of times and want to take her out. I was not sure if it was too early so jus askd her bout her plans for the weeknd and she replied saying she did not have n e plans, is it an indication dat i can ske her out? should I wait and get more friendly with her before askin or I shud go ahead for the next weeknd. M new to U.S and dont know how girls react....

1st find out if she is in a relationship by getting to know her. ask her ?'s about herself. If u don't know her that well u definitly don't want to approach her the wrong way & embarrass yourself. Now you can easily ask her if she would like to go eat lunch with u just as friends. Than if she does than u can start by asking her to tell you a little about herself. Than that is when u go in & ask her a few questions like is ur boyfriend going to get mad at you if he finds out a guy took you out for lunch? Than see if she let u know right away if she is have a boyfriend or if u still have a chance to impress her.

I'd talk to her over the next week a little more. If she does not have plans for next weekend then ask her out. If that is uncomfortable for you ask her out to lunch during the week. That is not as personal and will give you some time to see if she is interested in you.

Get to know her first,she may not be attracted to you in the same way, try to do friendly things ,be nice to her,then see how she reacts, before you ask her out on a date or anything,take it slow,and most of all respect her feelingz. Good Luck!

Remember friends first, or are you wanting to ask her out just for booty...depends, but honestly, you work with her dude, not good to date with people you work with...keep her as a friend. Cause if you date her, and it ends up sour, then everyday will not be a fun place at work to be...
