Wether you tell her today or tomorrow or never does not matter but what matters is you are in for trouble.You have played prank on her but youself now be prepared for punishment which you be given anywhere between 7 and nine months.If she delivers you will repent and if she does not ,You are impotant !!both ways you loose.

Dude...just ease her into it slowly man. Trust me, she is going to be mad. Make sure she had a good day at work, an espresso and a big hug and kiss from you.
And birth control is birth control, my advice since someone is messing with someone else's right to have children and being responsible, don't do it anymore man.
