Do you real think this fence is going to stop Illegal aliens. If you do your wrong. How many Illegal Canadian are in our country? And what about the other races that are Illegal in our country. All I hear is Mexican , Mexican. Immigration bill should be for all Illegal aliens....................

Are you thinking about the fact that to get into your country it is your government guarding the borders, not ours. So it is your responsibility, north or south, to not let in whoever you don't want. Build a fence, we don't really care. Segregate yourselves inside your own country with your guns facing out at everyone else. Worked well for Japan for a hundred year or so didn't it.

No need to bother with a fence along Canada because when it all goes down you won't be able to run there and disappear as easily as you could in Mexico. Say what you will, you're entitled to your opinions with all the research I'm sure you all do, but that fence isn't likely to keep people out, it's to keep people in. I know, sounds crazy, right? I recommend you do some independent research and thinking of your own, all of you. Illegal immigration is no new subject, it's gone practically unchallenged for decades, why all of a sudden now do we address it? It's not because of "terrorism", a true terrorist could get into this country with or without fences, and it's not to keep us safe, they let illegals stay here even after they commit multiple serious crimes. Also at this point, the government knows and has allowed that the economy requires illegals to do the jobs Americans plainly refuse to do. I urge you not to blow this off as some "conspiracy theory", really, just think about it for a minute. Good luck.

There aren't many illegal Canadians, and Canada supports us enforcing our law against them as we support Canada enforcing its laws against any Americans who may go there illegally, or overstay.
The 'evenhandedness' with the Canadian border is stupid. There are issues on the Canadian border to do with terrorism and drugs, and we and their government work cooperatively on those issues. It is amazing how well TRUE cooperation works.
Illegal immigration on the Canadian side is basically non-existant next to the flood across the southern border. We need security for each of our borders, but the solution may be different in different areas.
Certainly any bill on illegal immigrants will cover all illegal immigrants, however.

A fence for Canada has already been considered. I think there is a greater concern of terrorist entry from Canada than anything else. As far as I have heard the Canadian fence isn't going to be installed for immigration reasons, but just for security.
It is only being considered for the time being no hard plans are in effect.

The point of the fence, is to stop illegals coming ( mainly from mexico) through to the USA. You can try and kick all the illegal aliens out of the USA , but there will always be some that slip through your fingers.
The aim is to keep the illegals getting here illegally OUT, So the fence can keep them out.

I was wonder how many illegal American are in Canada. Never mind the Canadians being in the US. most Canadians love their country so much they don't want to go south of the border. I say the Canadian Gov't should build the wall to keep the Americans out and off the Canadian oil.

Until I see someone waving a Canadian flag and declaring how we stole their land .We don't need a Canadian fence.But if in case one mexican tries to swim all the way to Canada and cross our border there .Then I'm all for it

It WILL be for all illegals, we are just trying to stop the biggest wave right now, cut down the numbers, so that we can put more effort into getting the ones that fly into our country.

Most of the time, we do not have a barrage of illegal aliens coming from Canada.. They have it pretty good there...
The only illegal traffic we get from Canada is the foreigners that enter Canada that would not be welcomed in the USA. AKA terrorist.
