I agree with you. I still support our troops but so many people have already forgotten about them. I still have the magnetic ribbons on my truck and motorcycle and i fly my flag (with pride) every single day. I hate what's happening with our soldiers dying everyday. Hope it ends soon and they all come home. They are hero's. You seem to really care. Have you heard of the website called: fallenherosmemorial.com? You should check it out. I think you will find it very interesting. Gives the name, rank, where they're from, the date they passed and how they died for every soldier lost in the war.

This is just like 911. Everybody talked about God and Prayer everyday. It was on the News constantaly and on everyones lips wherever you went. Now that the excitment has died down, God is NOT mentioned, and if you do, you have a lot of Idiots telling you there is no such thing as God. It seems that everyone jumped on God's bandwagon so to speak, and just like the Children of Isreal when freed from slavery and bondage in Egypt, they turned their back on God. It is called "JESURUN" Please read Isiash Chapter 44, and you and any other who sees this answer will understand what happened, and if anyone does not understand the words of this Book and Chapter, please do some cross-refferencing in your Bible if you have one. It really is self explanatory in very simple terms so as a child can understand it. May God open eyes and hearts to His wonderful Word in reading this Chapter.

I took donations (by the truckload) from schools and a power company - sent them overseas. They usually ended up with units from Bragg as that is who would transport them.
But then I started having health problems and moved to a post where there aren't many deployments.

The support for the troops hasn't diminished one iota, now the support for the war is a different story. It is as much a mistake to confuse these two different things, as it is to confuse the war in Iraq with the war on terror, again two different things.
