whatever i see, whatever i do... reminds me of him.. he's my collegue.. knew him for 5 months...seriously i'd never ever had a bf before.... but this guy made me so happy and the thought about him made me smile and i dunno how to express the feelings.... pls help me how to tell him that... he's my good friend

Ask him if he's like to go for a coffee with you, or lunch, and take it from there. Don't be all over him, just be friendly and then gradually let him know that you are interested in more.

why not just invite him over to watch a movie with you as a friend...you don't have to express your feelings for him til you are ready..and that should be when you are strong enough to not be devastated if he doesnt have the same feelings and in the long run..isn't his friendship and companionship wonderful?

Walk up to him, and say you like him...what have ya got to lose? you'll never know if you dont say that to him... OR you can start out by saying hi and hell..then later on become his freind..then tell him your true feelings.
