The icy chill is probably anxiety. You should visit a doctor and they can help you. They are a lot of ways to deal with anxiety. You have to find what's right for you!

MEANS YOU HAVE TO TURN YOUR FREEZER DOWN SOMEWHAT....NAH SERIOUSLY...GO TO THE DOCTORS AND GET IT CHECKED OUT....EVEN IF ITS TO PUT YOUR OWN MIND AT REST....DONT KEEP WAITING THINKING "IT WILL GO AWAY" SOMETIMES it doesnt

go see your doctor ask them and get a perscription if you dont get meds for it lay down and rest and see if that helps GET WELL SOON.

i dunno. but i have an icy chill in my stomach, and a fiery rage burning in my head... a watery rush building up behind my eyes.. and a shattering sensation in my heart..... so yeah... i dunno.
