To make a yummy home made mayo you need

1 can Condensed milk
1/2 cup Vinegar
1 tsp of Mustard

Mix all ingredients together, taste and add more vinegar or mustard to taste.

Oh I'd eat the sandwich with out mayo, if I don't have the above ingredients.

Well yeah without the mayo it can be a little dry but I'm sure you have other condiments in the house at your disposal. Be creative and inventive use salad dressing most kinds go well with tuna. Note mustard overpowers the tuna and gives it a taste I can't like.

I'm really surprised nobody's suggested for you to make your own mayo. It's really really easy and just takes a minute and a blender. Better too!!!
