If something like 911 happened and a lot of innocent people die again would you choose to fight for our country if Uncle Sam asked for any volunteers just to blow them people up?

Been there 2 times and loved every minute of it. I just finished my 6 year enlistment and as of 01 Oct 2006 I am officially a civilian. Was in the USAF and had a great time. I have met and even had dinner with Iraqi's in their own homes. They are great people. I would fight for freedom no matter who's freedom it is. Having freedom is a god given right and Americans should not be the only people to taste it!

Do I agree with the president and his decisions? Not all the time but WTF does that have to do with fighting for this country if it has been attacked and lots of innocent people were killed. You would have to be un-American to not fight for your country. If everyone had the NO i wont fight attitude then our freedom will go away fast! Then who you going to blame everything on? Probably the president~

Already did fight for my country, just so you could ask such silly questions

Don't worry,,, the elections are only a few weeks away, and then we can put this BS rhetoric away for another two years.

I was enlisted from 2000 to 2004. I fought in OIF and came home. I got out honorably and am on my four years of inactive reserve. If I am recalled or if the good man upstairs makes it my calling to defend our country again, I would go in a heartbeat. It should be every Americans goal to defend their country. IT is OURS, and what our forfathers faught for.

I'm not good at that at all. Not my forte. Why fight for something that is going to pot? Maybe I could play the bugle for one though. Or march around with a flag. I'd rather live on my own private island with maybe a few friends and no politics. But that will never happen.

After seeing all the vietnam vets begging for food on the streets.. UH no! Or would I be fighting for a country that is run like a giant cult. NO!
Would the president go fight in this war? NO!
I'm sure they will find plenty of nieve highschool kids to brainwash into thinking its fun to play with guns.

It has nothing to do with blowing people up (though it is fun :P)

I am due to reenlist next year and plan on doing it withouth a problem. War or no war.

When a FOREIGN power attacks MY homeland (that is, not a "false flag" attack orchestrated by the US Government), I will indeed fight them HERE.

I tried but it seems that since i have a tattoo on my head i am ineligible for millitary service. How F***ing retarded is that. I was even asking for Front Line Infantry.

Fortunately I'm no longer in that position.

But to answer, no thanks. I'm capable of taking care of myself. I neither need nor want the government's help for anything.

I wish there was an airlines that would let me skip the lines and take my chances.

And, considering that the Bozo brotherhood cannot defeat two of the weakest countries in the entire history of mankind with all the power of the US military at their disposal - I know that I, and all Americans, are better off staying out of their fiascoes.
