How about if the USA govt printed phamplets (just like the the ones that the Mexcian govt made to help its citizens get into the USA) for the Mexicans to help them get into canada....(please do note that some Mexicans already have moved all the way to canada but the number is quite small at present).......

Send them on up. We'll take them. We'll take your military deserters too! For such a melting pot the US seems to be more and more closed minded and closed doors to the "masses" they used to welcome. I guess you can only immigrate to the States if your bank account is big enough.

I think they go where their family is. It is estimated that 1/3 of the illegals here are family of those given amnesty in 1986. I got that from a Hispanic newsletter that was arguing that family reunification should be broader and automatic, and that it is because 'family was ignored' that we have the number of illegal immigrants we have.
However, it certainly gives us something to think about when considering any amnesty, if we consider the number here already to be too many.

Its about geography....These people are poor and going to Canada is not cheap....At present, some middle class Mexicans are moving to Canada, because it is so much safer....And what is your question anyways? Is there a point in there somewhere?
