Genesis 3:19 In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.
"In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread" implies that if you want to eat, you must work. Of course, work allows you to pay bills. If we didn't pay our bills, companies would go out of business and you would have starving workers that were laid off.

No, "THOUT" is not a word. The Bible does say that a man that doesn't provide for his family is worse than an infidel.

Yep. It says in Exodus 20: 15 "Thous shalt not steal." There is no difference between taking something from a store without paying for it FIRST and taking something from a store without paying for it LATER.

Well maybe not in the Bible, but there's a simple answer. Thou shall not pay bills if thou shall not desire a home.

Rom 13:8 Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law
I believe that you should pay what you owe. That is the right thing to do.

you signed an agree ment that you will get the service for x number of dollars. In other words it's a promise that you will pay and a promise by them that they will service you. If one of you breaches that contract, it then is a sin.
