Seriously, I could give you a hundred diets that would work, or programs....but it sounds like you want something easy as pie to follow and follow through with. okay, just eat whatever you want, or usually do, but just eat half of what you usually do-but STICK to it-if you slip-there is always the next meal. Don't drive yourself nuts, you seem like the driving yourself nuts in a diet type by reading your question, so that's why you get THIS answer.....there!

I think the best way to keep your motivation up to lose weight is to join a sporting club in your area of interest. You'll make new friends who will support you while also doing something you like and may lose some weight aswell. I recommend a martial arts club because there are many different students of all shapes, sizes and ages, you'll gain a lot of confidence in yourself, its heaps of fun and you may pick up a bit of self defence. I know cause I do martial arts and anyone can do it, you don't need to be quick, skinny or even good at it, all you need is the passion to learn and get better! I hope this has helped you...Good Luck!

First of all, if you live alone it's important to get rid of all the high-calorie high-fat foods from your house/pantry. This way you won't even be TEMPTED to eat unhealthily. Also, to keep yourself motivated to work out, simply put on your workout gear! You're much more likely to go for a jog/go to the gym when your dressed appropriately. Keep a journal if necessary as well. When your hungry, or when you just can't workout, WRITE! Good luck babe! ;)

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming, running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions, pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull, leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

One thing that helps me is to pick out clothing I desire to wear. So if you get a catalog in the mail, clip out the pics with the clothes you want and hang them on the fridge, or wherever. But the main trick is to remind yourself that it IS possible. It is hard, but you CAN do it! You can get into the size you want. And if you are exercising, it is not a myth that muscle DOES weigh more than fat, so the scale is not the most accurate way to determine body change. Measure your hips, waist, neck arms, thighs...etc.

Motivation for weight loss and fitness
One of the greatest difficult tasks is to motivate you for weight loss. After one month around, you start your enthusiasm in your weight loss and fitness program. I have learned few things that that has helped me to be motivating towards the fitness program and get my weight loss goal. I think these tips will also helps you as well to loose weight and keep motivated towards various weight loss and fitness programs.
* Once you have started your weight loss program, its a great idea to weigh yourself only once a week. If you keep on weigh everyday, you will only discourage yourself. If you weigh yourself only once a week, you will be able to analyses whether you need to make change to your existing routine or not.
* Keep a photo of a heavier version of yourself in plain view. This will keep be motivating how great you look after loosing weight than you were before loosing extra pounds. It will also prevent you from sliding back into old habits.
* Once you have achieved your weigh loss goals, and then imagine what you want yourself to look like. This will give you the motivation to keep the weight off.
* Keep setting higher and higher goals for you towards your fitness. If you do not set new goal for you and work to achieve them, then you will surely run in to our bed habit. As a result, you will not be able to keep the weight off. So it’s a great idea to keep on setting new goals and get in perfect shape. As you know it’s a really tough task to keep what you have achieved than what you are looking for.
These are some of ideas that keep me motivated towards my weight loss and fitness program. There may be many more reasons for you to motivate yourself to loose weight.
