Actually in Leviticus 18: 22. Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.
But if you are referring back to the time of Sodom and Gomorrah God judged them not just for homosexuality but for child molestation
In Romans 1:27.And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.

There are no real verses in Genesis about the subject . but a couple of misquoted ones . that actually apply to farmers which most people were at that time . Yes also Goatherders. But ignorant NO. they Know more about life and death than you do or will city boy.
the most quoited verse is the one about not spilling your seed on /in infertile places. If you want a good large crop to tide you over during the fallow season(Winter) until spring then you have to make sure that all of your food seeds land in places where they will take root and grow . Rather than die on the surface of a rock.
yes there are verses about not laying with men . but there are also verses about not laying with women when they are unclean (menstrual cycle). men if they have a dis-ease.

I am unaware of any explicit verses about homosexuality in Genesis.
You will hear people saying that "God created Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve." But of course that proves nothing. There is a story about Sodom and Gemorrah that is also often referred to, and that is also not explicit. The men of the town wanted to have forcible sex with the male guests of Lot (who happened to be angels), and this was of course regarded as sin. But that was essentially gang rape, and has nothing to do with the relationship between 2 men in love.
There is an explicit verse in Leviticus however that says that a man shall not lie with a man as one would lie with a woman.

as christians, we shouldn't really use the old testiment. should we read the stories and such? yes. however, jesus came down to change those laws!!
if we did use the old testiment, we wouldn't know what to do.. bcause the old testiment would say to do one thing, and the new would say to do another!!
now as for the new testiment.. the original Bible New Testiment [aramic version] says NOTHING AT ALL about homosexuality!! not a single thing. nothing. nada.
however, ppl who have edited the Bible to make it easier to read have changed it and put so, but they are wrong to do so.. because the original Bible, the bible we should use says not a thing about homosexuality. :)
therefore, i think it's ok to be gay. :)
