but he's kinda a loser and alot of people hate him. but he has a GREAT personality (around me at least) and i think he's really cute. but lately, people have been saying that he's being a jerk. i kno that he likes one of the girls i hang out with. but she asked another guy to sadies and he was kinda bummed. he knos that i like him and i was going to ask him to sadies until i found out that thats the week were going on vacation and wont be back for 2 weeks! i really wanted to ask him to sadies.... and see if we could start some sort of relatioship or something. i think he's kind of expecting me to ask himtoo... but i dont like being to up-front with things like developin relationships, i'd rather havetheguy initiate it... its akward. so, what should i do?
we're "friends" and i say hi to him everyday. except lately cuz ofall ofthe sadies stuff. so, i dont want that to come up in a conversation sothatican avoid the akwardness of not asking him...

first u have to talk to him. if u dont he might think that your avoiding him because u dont want to be asked by him. as your talking to him carefully ask "soooo, do u have anyone to go to the dance with" he'll probably say "no, do u" then u say "no would u want to go with me u know, as friends." if he says yes then see how it goes from there. i hope it turns out well for u.

You said you think he likes a girl you hang out with. If you do go with him then it might be akward because he likes that other girl. It won't be fair to you if he likes that other girl. Just think things over before leaping into this relationship.

Try to hint at it and get him to come out with his feelings. Tell him that you really want to ask him to sadies but you are going to be out of town. Be straightforward...otherwise its going to be awkward either way. And quit stressing, relax and have fun.
