here is the sad simple truth. the bible was created by human beings thousands of years ago who were superstious and has been changed and revised many times.
Think about it this way.
Adam and Eve, were 2 beings created from god. now. if that is indeed truth then answer these questions.
Where do dinosaurs come from since they arent mentioned in the bible?
If they are, how do those that wrote the bible know they existed since the bible was written thousands of years and not millions of years ago. did god tell them?
Why is there a multitude of ethnic races? if adam and eve were african american, caucasian, or chinese wouldnt we all be of the same ethnicity.
When god created adam and eve, and they had 2 sons. who did the sons reproduce with(after 1 killed the other) to create the 6 billion inhabitants that populate this earth? are you going answer that god had created more after one of the sons ran off?
how are we continentally divided? adam and even couldnt cross continents

We all know you're right. We agree. But why bother arguing with the "faithful". They think that because it sounds impossible it is just another way god is testing their faith. We can sit and talk and agree all night. Saying no kidding and seriously til we turn red with laughter but nothing will change them. Yes I have read the bible I do not like to argue a subject I am ignorant to. Tho some will sit looking directly at a fossil and argue it's very existence boggles my mind....

Really, these answers are readily available and only require an open mind.
1) dinosaurs not mentioned in the bible--- the behemouth may have been a dinosaur. But even if it wasn't , how would that mean anything? Bacteria is not mentioned. I don't think aardvarks are mentioned either. Did you expect God to list off every single animal. Why would that be necessary?
2) how would they have known about dinosaurs--- By seeing them. Yes I am 1 of those young earth people. Did you know scientist found multiple fossils with traces of blood and tissue still present. These things could not last more than 100k yrs. But wait, evolution says the dinos all died out 65 million yrs ago. HMMM one of the theories must be wrong.
3)the multitude of ethnicities ---- micro-evolution should not be too hard for you to believe in. You probably believe in macro-evolution. Why would you not believe in micro
4)how did son's of adam and eve reproduce after one killed the other. As far as reproducing it does not matter that one killed the other since they could not reproduce together anyway. But, to answer the question you probably meant to ask, the bible does not always give a detailed account of events. Sometimes it only give the highlights. So, there could have very easily been many other sibling from Adam and Eve. Remember they were told to be fruitful and multiply.
5)crossing continents---- not sure what you mean by this one. of course they could cross continents. Camels do it. You probably meant they could not have crossed oceans. Ships my friend. Ships

The Bible and human development shouldn't be confused. The Bible is nothing more than a man-made myth for what has taken place thoughout many, many hundreds of thousands of years of evolution.
The Bible merely speaks metaphorically what for what has taken place. Adam, the "first" man and Eve, the "first" woman, are terms not mean to be taken too seriously; it may very well be a reference to the first hominids that walked upright, had a large enough brain to develop speech, and pass on his knowledge hunting and food gathering to his offsprings, etc.
Eden, a paradise, probably refers to the ignorance of man before man started living in larger groups for protection against natural predators (animals) and the "snake" (or "Devil") refers to nothing more than Man's greed and man's intrinsically questionable nature to dominate, subjugate and appropriate through force what others have... man is a selfish animal, but man is also a thinking animal and, therefore, can be induced to believe in superstitious matters; what better way is there to control Man than through his fears?
Holy Men, Shamans, Medicine Men quickly aligned themselves with those in power, making up gods of goodness to entice or coerce followers and gods of evil to cause men to fear... to "need" the those with special powers and/or knowledge... to make crops grow, to make rain fall, to give "luck" for a succesful hunt to the men, etc.
The Bible has been taken too seriously, to the point where many wars have been fought over for supposed benevolent gods, loving gods, etc.
Those "giants" mentioned are merely the tales that sprang up when the bones of the dynosaurs were found... they somehow resembled "giants" to those without any knowledge of anatomy; the so-called "dragons" were the wild imaginary tails that arose from those bones they found... their way of explaining off the unknown... !

I love guys like you .You don't study a damn thing and make dumb questions.#1 dinosaurs are mentioned in Job chpt.40,no other animal can eat GRASS,stand in the river and not move and Have a tail like a CEDAR TREE,not the crock,not hippo not the elephant...but a bronto?
#2 If we weren't related we couldn't have babies together.Those were all climatic environmental changes in man over 1000s of yrs.#3 Adam and Eve had many sons and daughters (Gen.chpt.5) they told about Cain,Abel,and Seth to make a point.#4 in the genealogies it talks about "When the Earth was divided .."haven't you ever heard of Pangea? Before the continents divided?Get a map and like the back of Mad Magazine squeeze So.America over to Africa....perfect fit .

The Bible said they were giants in that time, Scientest say how long ago, not God, The Bible tells of the tower of Bable that was being built by the people, they were trying to reach heaven, so God scattered the people, and caused them to speak different languages, so they could not comunicate well enough to build another one, And you said AAdam and Eve had 2 sons, wrong again, the Bible said they had cain, Abel, and Seth, and sons and daughters, Not every one that was born to them was mentiond by name, those sons must have down the years reproduced with thier sisters, to reproduce.

The whole Bible is a collection of flawed, man-made books. Your points are well taken, even if they are always used here in YA. The myth of Adam and Eve is pure nonsense and baloney.

Read on, god created more life after adam & eve, the tower of babalon explains the races lng before the world was easily travled. There is referances to vast & large creatures. Also more & more scientists believe dinasaurs inhabited the earth much later than original thinking.

The fact is that anyone who "believes in" any book that was written thousands of years ago is full of hogwash. Mankind and technology move forward. The primitive "thinkers" can just shine our shoes.
