hiding his foodstamps will only deprive him of drugs and alcohol, to starve him, you need to hide his water, he can't have his cup of noodles without it.

the biggest point about jokes is you have to keep an open mind.
I'm sure a lot of people would see discrimination in the joke you just told , but remember , it's only a joke.
People of all races and religions have jokes told about them......
I think the "black man" part would be better as "bum" , then it doesn't refer to a specific race.(but then a "bum" might get offended)

Well I don't know if you should be. If you are offended you are offended. If not, then I wouldn't worry about it. Sometimes we all just have to laugh at stupid stuff, and that's all it is... stupid.
