Losing weight will make you feel soo much better, mentally and physically. What I would recommend is a healthy low fat diet. Eat only whole grains (brown), lots of fruits and vegetables, low fat diary, and lean meat. Try to avoid eating fast food and sugar. Adding some exercise would be good too for your overall health, and to help you burn calories faster. You can start of with something as simple as walking every evening before bed, or jump roping. All you have to do is try your hardest not to eat junk food and be patient. Good luck.
Remember, everyone comes in different sizes, you don't have to be super skinny to be beautiful :)

A fast healthy way is the cabbage soup diet . You are never hungry because you can eat as much as you like of the soup because it has very very little calories in it. It's a week long diet that you can repeat over each week. Jut type in cabbage soup diet and hit search and it will pop up with all kinds of sites to go to and get it from. Also drink lots and lots of water. I'm 50 years old and my metabolism is really slow . I was on this diet for a while and lost quite a lot of weight. After that I just started watching what i ate and kept on loosing until I lost a total of 92 pounds now. Good Luck!!!!

I would really recommend monitoring your calorie intake and taking up physical activity. I went through the exact same thing. My year before high school I was 175 lbs. Ask your doctor the healthy amount of calories each day if you want to lose weight and go with that! Get to your calorie goal by eating healthy food. They are often less calories, so you will be able to eat more and not be hungry. Also, any sport or activity (from basketball to walking with friends, anything basically) will help burn fat and get you fit. I lost 20 pounds in a decent amount of time.
I wish you the best of luck!

What I had to do was eat every 2 to 3 hours. Here was my plan:
8am - Breakfast - 1 bowl of cereal (like Cheerios or shredded wheat) - 8oz of orange juice
11am - Snack - Granola Bar
1pm - Lunch - Turkey Sandwich (no white bread ever) - Pickle - 20oz juice (like Gatorade)
4pm - Snack - cheese & wheat crackers - a few grapes
6pm - Dinner - 1 chicken breast - mashed potates (only about 1cup) - peas - 1 can soda
8pm - Snack - sugarfree popsicle - juice or water 20oz
You must exercise every day to lose any weight. Even if all you do is go to walmart & walk around the store for an hour. If you have an exercise bike at home (or any stationary exercise equipment that allows you to watch TV), just sit or stand & exercise at a slow pace for an hour or more. Don't stop at all. Have a bottle of juice (like gatorade) with you to drink while exercising. After 2 or 3 times doing this, you won't notice the time flying by. Also, you won't miss your TV shows! lol Also, every night before you go to bed, do at least 15 sit-ups.

You have to use more energy than you take in. Exercise 45-60 minutes a day. Control portion sizes. Try a weight watchers or nutrisystem meal to give you an idea of proper portion sizes. Cucumbers and celery are great to help fill you up without causing weight gain. Smaller and more frequent meals are better than fewer and larger meals, or starving. Watch your calories by reading food labels. Cut out extra calories like juice, sodas, fast foods, and junk foods. Drink plenty of water. Take a multivitamin like Centrum daily.

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming, running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions, pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull, leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

Well there is a couple of ways. You can join a sport that you think you would like at school. Also join a gym, a trainer can watch your weight and help you lose the weight that you would like to lose. Drinking plenty of water and eating fruit and veggies and good food. If you join a gym the trainer just might help you with your diet. It is hard work but don't give up. GOOD LUCK!!!

Losing weight will make you feel better, you will not only feel better but look better as well.
First before going to any diet, you must be commited.
You need to ask yourself some questions:
Do YOU want to be in a diet? OR does someone else want you to go on one...
You need to be 100% commited before you start.
Now here is my recipe for success!
----------------------------------------------------------
- Excersize at least 30 minutes a day. (A MUST)
- Drink 2 full cups of water before every meal ( Keeps your stomach full and you will eat less)
- Never skip a meal! even if your not hungry.
- Eat something every 2 hours (unless sleeping) make sure your eating something healthy with LOW calories or no calories at all!
(Fruits, veggies, health snack) (this will keep you full all the time)
- FAST FOOD IS GONE! Don't eat anything FRIED! only baked or grilled.
- Sodas, diet only! Better to drink water its more better for your body.
- Lift weights, small ones if you want to tough up your legs or muscles, i suggest lose weight first then work on muscles.

Lose weight with negative calorie foods
The foods, which utilize more calories to digest than the calorie foods in fact have, are known as negative calorie foods. It is harder for the body to consume calories from these negative calorie foods. I mean to say that our body has to work hard in order to take out calories from these foods. With this kind of food very small amount of calorie actually turn in to fat, as there is very small amount of calorie available.
You will get the maximum benefit of negative calorie foods when you take them alone without any junk food. There are large number of fruits and vegetables, which are having negative calorie results. Some of these foods are Raspberry, papaya, strawberry, zucchini, Carrot, Beets, and Asparagus.

You have to want it real bad. You need to change your lifestyle by going to the gym regularly, by drinking water instead of sodas, and by not eating fatty foods. Hydrocut is a good diet supplement to help people lose weight. There is another type of pill that sends the fat from food to your bowell instead of absorbing it into the body. I forget its name (there are several), but it's at WalMart.
Good Luck.
