Yes, most definitely! Consciously or not, a woman thinks: 1) A man already in a relationship with another woman is desirable; 2) (Conversely) A man not in a relationship isn't desirable; 3) It is safer being drawn to a man who is not available; and even 4) She can compete with the other woman and prove her superiority by luring the man away.

Most definitely! Especially when they're SO in love with their girlfriends that the thought of being with another woman is unthinkable. It makes me want a 'piece' of that love; and it makes me wonder whether or not if I'll ever meet someone who could care for me in that way. When men aren't as loving towards their girlfriend, it doesn't do much for me as they haven't displayed any affection that all women crave and desire. With single me, it's hard for us to see what you feel as you haven't actually displayed any kind of affection towards us. I have some single guy friends, but none of them have actually displayed any interest in me that would catch my eye.

Well, sometimes. If you see him treat his girlfriend really well, and she's obviously happy and fulfilled, then yeah, you do tend to think "I'd like a bit of that".
I don't mean that you'd try to interfere in the relationship, just that it does add an extra dimension to his attractiveness.
And if he's treating his girlfriend really badly, especially in public, it's a real turn-off. I've seen some gorgeous-looking guys that have been mean to their girlfriends in public, and it totally changed my mind about them.

of course. when a man has a girl friend it adds a certain danger to the pursuit. Also if u see someone else have a reason to go out with them then u start making up reasons to date them.
