I assume your using XP. So, you place the cd into the cd drive. Wait a couple seconds.
Something should pop up, double click on the open folder.

If it doesnt, go to "my computer" and open the cd from there.

Then you drag them to a new folder or to the desktop.

when all the pictures are into a folder, right click and hit "send to" the drive ( ). (Mines drive f, it also says dvd drive)

Pull out the photo cd, place a blank cd in the cd burner.

Open my computer, and double click the cd burning drive. (My case I double click the F drive)

In the top left of the screen, it should say, "Write these files to CD" Hit that and hit ok. Wait till its done, then take it out.

Now if you have an actual CD or DVD burning program, all you do is open it. Then somewhere it should say "Copy CD". You put the picture cd in the cd drive, and a blank one into the burner.
(But, you may have a single burner. In this case, you put the picture cd into the burner and hit copy. Then wait till it says put a blank cd in.) ((All burning programs are different))

I hope this is clear enough. It may be a little jummbled. If so, I can attempt to fix it up better.

Do u mean Copy from CD or write to CD? It is not clear? If it is copy from Cd then Open My Computer - Select & Open CD drive -- Select & copy the files & folder - select & open any drive using My Computer window -- Paste copied files & Folder.

If CD write, then u have to use cd writing software , e.g., Nero

If not the above answers then elaborate ur question again to understand
