Poverty? Corruption in the government?

Well no country can fight violence when the police force and the robbers make deals together.

The brazilian goverment is weak, if they had more power to enforce their laws maybe this violence would not happen.

When the goverment stop stealing from the residents then it might grow.

mamacita it is the lack of money the poverty and the corrupt governent and the very very corrupt policia I was born and raised there I love my country but you know what the deal is it is the same everywhere you go where there is no money you must do what you have to do to get it when the policia are corrrupt there is no sense of order or justice and this will make you go crazy much love
