cant hold it.

I've heard of rapid transit, or spastic colon, what do you think is causing my condition.

First, there's no such thing as Seminola virus, so disregard that answer.

Some of the other responses sound reasonable; it may also be metabolic syndrome, a precursor to diabetes Type II. Do you get irritable if you don't eat at regular intervals? After you eat, do you also perspire heavily and become lethargic? You don't mention whether your stools are normal. In any event, you should certainly be checked by a physician if this condition persists for more than a week.

If you are taking vitamins that could be the problem. Some need to be taken on an empty stomach about 30 min. before meals because they need to dissolve and go into the blood stream. Some need to be taken with food so they go into the digestive track. When they are taken incorrectly you will get the symptoms you described.

IBS- Irritable bowel syndrome, try to figure out what foods make yo do this and limit them, also try not to get stressed because there is a link between the two.

It sounds to me like you are eating food that is contaminated with a Seminola virus. Try to make sure that everything you touch is sanitary and that there is no possibility of germ infestation in your food. If you are eating out, change your Restaurant.

if you're going right away sounds like greasy food. if you go in about an hour or so then that's normal. worse case scenario is that you have coilitis which is a disease of the intestines.
