I forgot to take it at the normal time, and now I'm feeling very dizzy and I feel like my head is swooning.

Yes, I do feel lightheaded. I don't get real dizzy but do feel a little lightheaded and queasy. I am surprised anyone else feels this way. I thought it was my imagination. What I do to avoid problems though is take my medication the minute I get out of bed. It keeps me from forgetting.

Yes that can be a common effect. i know if I miss a day of taking mine, I feel really awful!!

selective seratonin reuptake inhibitors will affect you, and light headness is because not only because of the depot binding, but any blood thinng involved, and DO NOT DRINK, that will have adverse affects
