a great bottle of wine or champagne
some great oysters
a great fondness for each other
a lot of self esteem and confidence within oneself
and a whole lot of fun through out the night or day or afternoon or morning
works for me
as far as for a quick fix, you get that from a booty call from somebody you just meet in da clubs

Confidence, knowledge and a willingness to try new things. Also, not taking it too seriously and being able to have a laugh at yourself.
